The owner of Florida Birthday Cakes applies her 10 years of
experience as a pastry chef in the culinary arts to making the most
delicious and beautiful cakes.

She received her culinary education first at their parents restaurant
where she realize that working beside her father cooking and
baking was really what she loves to do, then she attended the
culinary school at Maussi Sebbes and Marta Ballina school in
Buenos Aires, Argentina. She moved to the States and now brings
her experience to Miami, Florida.
